Registration methods

(Just an image — you need to go to the GWL site to register)

Note: When you register, it says there is a charge for parking, but that will be waived for COSine attendees!

Note: If you get an error saying the code is not recognized, it might be because you’ve selected dates that no longer have any nights left under the COSine code. If you let us know, we can contact the hotel and ask them to add more nights. Please send us a message at info@cosinecon.org.

If you have any other problems registering, please contact us at info@cosinecon.org

The $169 COSine rate includes:

  • A Deluxe Queen Suite (up to 4 people)
  • Complimentary parking (usually $20/night – when you register, it looks like you will be charged, but the charge will be waived).
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms
  • Full access to the water park (Yes, they have a 50,000 square foot indoor water park!)
  • There are also a limited number of accessible rooms
  • You also help out COSine by booking this way. We commit to filling a certain number of hotel room nights each year, and only by booking via the COSine code do we get credit for your stay!

The hotel has multiple on-site restaurants and snack spots, and there also many restaurants in the vicinity.

Some general notes:

  • Almost all of the rooms at GWL are Deluxe Queen Suites, so no other options will be shown.
  • There is a checkbox asking you to agree to be sent ads by the hotel. It sort-of looks like it is required, but it is not.
  • As mentioned, it will show the $20 rate for parking, but this will be waived by the hotel.
  • Unfortunately, Great Wolf Lodge is a pet-free facility. Only service dogs* are allowed.
(*Or service miniature horses. Note: emotional support animals are not allowed.)
